Xbmc roku
I've seen a lot of love for the Roku 3 around here. Is there anything it provides that I don't get from either a Chromecast or HTPC/XBMC? I love my Chromecast but it seems a little limited by the lack of API and the HTPC/XBMC seems a little overkill. The HTPC solution isn't as organized or as elegant of a solution as I had hoped. Kodi is a native c/c++ application Roku does not support (or rather allow) native C/C++ applications. So, the Team of Kodi can not do anything to make Kodi for Roku. If Roku decides to support c/c++ on their device, then we can see Kodi, but for now, there is no way to install XBMC.
